Affordable Mobo to go with an i5-4690k?

Hello, Just bought a 980 and I'm planning to get a i5 to go with it. unfortunately I have no idea what Kinda motherboard would work well with it, any suggestions?

Here are a few tier 1 class b boards. Actually the gaming 5 and ud5h are tier 1 class b, the ud3h bk is a tier 2 class a same as Archaic mentioned in a similar price range but with a 5yr warranty. Prices are a bit better as well as the quality.
