Afk Auto Shutdown?

I just want to know whether there is a program that make your computer auto shutdown if we are not using it(AFK) - Something like not using for 1 hour it will auto shutdown?

I found something similar which is auto shutdown timer but I do not want the time which i need to set it everytime. I just want a program that auto shutdown every 2-4 hours if I do not use it. Timer is not very convenience as I use my computer at irregular period.

Or do we need to configure anything in the regedit?

Yah i know there is hibernating and sleep mode. but i prefer it to be closed. is there any other programme that close down the computer after 2hrs of inactivity. The programme that you give me, I've tried it. but is is to set the time to shut down not shutdown automatically after 2hrs of inactivity
