afortible amd lightweight interchangeable laptop

i what to buy a "not so expensive LAPTOP" with a AMD cpu, gpu or an apu, but when ever i have the money, can flip the laptop over undo some screws and take out the processor and put in a diferent one. and do the same with about everything elts (mostly obviously i cant do that for every thing) everything beeing things like processor, disk drive, ram, dvd drive so i can put in blu ray, and battery. i only got $400 - $450. my main consern besides the processor being amd and interchangable and it having bluray and blutooth is it be light weight and long lastting battery for when i travel

So let me get this correct, you want a laptop that is light, has an amd apu or gpu or both and must have good maintainability? If you want a lightweight laptop I would recommend either hp or dell. They are good at making cheap laptops. If you want a specific model, could you please list the websites you will be using to buy your laptop.

I like your specifications, a little unrealistic but nice none-the-less. You may be in luck though. Current AMD mobile APU's and CPU's are BGA types meaning they are soldered onto the circuit board and are not easily replaced but some APU's from the Richland series used a PGA socket (easily replaced). Look for laptops featuring any of these APU models; A10-5750M, A8-5550M, A6-5350M, or A4-5150M - avoid odd number models as they are BGA.
Before purchasing, look into any "white lists" that may prevent upgrading (not as common of practice now but best to check) from that manufacturer/model.
I did a few searches but found nothing in your price range (my searches were rather limited though) but have no doubt that some persistence should yield results there or be a bit closer than the lowest price I found of ~$620
