Question After 15 minutes of playing gta 5 games starts to stutter with little lags.

Hello. After 15 minutes of playing gta 5 games starts to stutter with little lags. About 6 months i was playing on better settings than now and it didnt lag at all. Now i try to play on lowest settings and after 15 minutes fps drops every 2 seconds. Tried most of the things online but didnt work. PC Specs:
Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz

Video Card
Intel(R) HD Graphics 530

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

RAM
8.0 GB

Operating System

When you say tried most things online - what have you covered? Saves us covering all the same things.

What CPU and GPU temps are you hitting under load?
Are all drivers up to date?

I did change NVIDIA 3D settings. Resetting virtual memory , changing Window Settings. Power Edit plans and In Task manager high priority. Yes all drivers are up to date. Temps are around 50-60
