Question After a few hours my games get laggy but get better after i restart PC?

About a month ago I noticed in CS GO that it got more laggy and stuttery over the course of several hours, I also get this in Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4, interestingly I do not seem to get this problem in Arma 3, even more interesting is the issue seems to resolve once I restart the PC but it happens again in the next several hours. I have been able to rule out memory issues like memory leaks, and temperatures for everything seem fine as well. Any ideas on what else this could be?

CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X
GPU ASUS ROG Strix 4080 OC edition
RAM: G SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series 32gb (2 x 16GB) ddr5 6000
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX x670e-e GAMING WIFI 6E socket AM5
OS: Windows 11 home 64-bit

And temperatures never seemed to get that high, but truth be told I can't verify exactly what my cpu temp is just coolant temperature and package temperature (both appear to be normal)
