Question After a while, my monitor, mouse and keyboard lock

After sitting on the PC for a while, suddenly the monitor freezes, the mouse and keyboard turn off suddenly and I have to restart it.
The fans are still running while the monitor, mouse and keyboard are locked.
And if I am on youtube and this happens I can still hear the video.
What could it be?
At first I thought I had installed something so I reinstalled windows just in case.
But he does the same.

Not sure what it could be. Could be a PSU/MoBo issue with power not being delivered or not being delivered fully to the USB ports/GPU/MoBo in general. What are your specs?
