After accident no display no keyboard and mouse on but fan spin cpu light is on

After accident moniter shows no vgi input, keyboard and mouse off. But fan spin n cpu light is on..i had change battery n clean ram also check with another smps ..but not starting pls HP - MAINBOARD INTEL 775 MS-7525 - 517069-001 my desktop is compaq presario 3170ix

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:

On second reading it looks like an HP prebuilt system. If so please pass on the SKU to the system. What do you mean by accident? Can you elaborate? Seems like your PSU blew up...or did it?
