After accidentally unplugging router and modem, internet speeds fluctuate from 90 Mbps to 0.01 Mbps

I was working on managing some cables under my desk, and I kicked my router and modem over, which pulled the plugs from the wall and turend off our internet. After plugging them back in, it took a while for our internet to start working again, but after a router firmware update and reset, all was good. However, my internet speed slows down to 0.01 Mbps according to speedtest.net and google speed test, but then returns to a normal 90 after a few minutes. Is there a fix to this? I'm connected to ethernet btw.

Try turning everything off again for a minute. I turn off both my router and cable modem once a week to keep they working smoothly... so turning them off doesn't hurt them.
