After amd crimson 16.12.1 update, cannot over clock gpu

After amd crimson 16.12.1 update, I cannot over clock gpu in msi afterburner.

I also tried using sapphire trixx. I can overclock there, but it causes the screen to tear in lines.

The temps for both core and vrm are fine though.
I dont really know what is going on. Any help is appreciated thank you.

Reinstall MSI Afterburner.

I reinstalled afterburner. Now, i can change the clock, but after applying changes, it just black screens. The temps are find, and it is a very small overclock. This is really weird. Here is a video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmbM9FbUeuU&feature=you...

I have the exact same problem, I can change the clock with global wattman but it resets after every reboot :<
