Question After assembling black screen and red led on motherboard

After the assembly, my pc just won't run, my motherboard has red leds but all the fans work, the hdmi is plugged but in the monitor there's only a black screen, my specifics:

• Gigabyte B450 I Aorus Pro Wifi
• Viper 4 8GB DDR4
• Cooler Master MasterWatt 450 EU
• AMD Ryzen 3 1200
• MSI AMD RX 570

Please help me!

still not working, i just replaced the pieces, and now it works fine
