After attempts to boot from CD, computer wont start up

I have tried to boot from a cd without prevail, and now my computer wont start. I hear the beep like it does when it starts, but no video, and after a bit it beeps again. I have check the monitor, turned it off and on (of course XD) but nothing works. In ttempt to boot a CD i pressed F2, F10 and delete, during boot. Plz help m8s

Have you checked your manufacture's page for what the beeps mean? Computers, and especially laptops, use blinking lights and beeps to indicate system status at a very low level. It could very well be that the beeps are telling you what is wrong.
