I recently "baked" my non-working HD 6870 because it didnt give any signal to the monitor. After the baking i installed it but the pc didnt power on at all (power LED flashes once fans not working at all). After removing it, i tried to power on my pc with the integrated graphics and it worked. My question is:
Did i damage the gpu in the oven (i followed all the instructions on multiple videos and sites), maybe some short circuit appeared. Im pretty sure that my PSU is good enough (Cooler master 500w 36A on the 12v line). Also keep in mind that when in tried the hd 6870 before i baked it, my pc did start but i had no signal on the monitor(now the pc doesnt start). I used 1 6 pin connector and 1 6 pin adapter. The only thing i didnt try is resetting CMOS

The card is probably really dead now. I've baked my son's card, and got it working again, but the process isn't going to fix every problem, and could cause more damage to the card. Baking a card is a last resort effort for a card that is already dead, and maybe you can resurrect it, and maybe you completely kill it(either way it's dead). Seems like you have killed your dead card.
