Question After changing the fans the PC is slower ?

Hi! Today I replaced the single fan of my prebuilt PC (which supports 3 fans) with 3 better fans (Cooler Master MasterFan MF120 3in1 Halo ARGB).
After this change the pc has become much slower, which is immediately noticeable when starting programs and while using it.
I also noticed when playing a game that they lag a lot (which did not happen before) and the fans do not increase speed.
It is as if my PC could not increase the fan speed and therefore throttles the performance instead to avoid overheating. How do i fix?

16gb ram ddr4,
motherboard is MSI but I don't know which model.
