after clean install, can't do anything in it

Like the title says, I cannot get into the internet, can't setup my printer, can't setup email client, and can't have windows update of Win 7. Odd, I previously installed Win 10 for a dual setup and all went well, so far, with the exception of printing for both of them. I do not understand this...both OS are using the same network setup, works for win 10, but not for win 7.

Mainly, I cannot get into the internet in Win 7...and it working just fine in Win 10, same computer. I'm writing this in Win 10, so when I open Win 7...the message is something like this....."no network connection try troubleshooting or ask a friend." I can't even find device manager to check it there.

Well I had Win 7 originally on this pc and all was well until I installed win 10. Ironically, win 10 is working just fine, but not win 7. I am using a dual setup. I thought I would have problems with win 10, instead its my old win 7.
