1. OK. You'll have to use a 3rd party tool to try to merge those. Can't do it directly in Disk Management.
EaseUS Partition Master, maybe.
2. Drive letters. The current partitions with D and E drive letters, should not have drive letters.
Right click
Change Drive letter or path
Remove those 2 drive letters.
Your new SSD should now be your C: drive. You need to wipe your old drive and restart your system so that the BIOS will recognize the SSD as your C: drive.

yes exactly what im doing mod,i use easeUS to merge that,and voilla it wil be merged after that
It won't let me in Ease US. I name the anallocated G: .
I choose one partition, then merge. But C: is grayed out. I can't merge them. Here is an screen shoot
