After CMOS reset can't boot from sata drive can only boot from IDE drive!

After I had to reset the CMOS I can't seem to boot from the Sata drive my windows is installed on. Iv re installed win7 on my IDE drive wich I used for storage but still can't find my Sata drive anywhere! Iv looked thro bios changed settings etc still no luck any ideas out there would b great.

Maybe there's a faulty SATA drive. Have you tried different SATA cable/ port? If yes and still the same, try testing it in different PC.
