After doing Disk Cleanup Windows finds new update?

I performed a clean up on the system files and after restarting the computer to finish the process Windows found a critical update KB2813347 which looks to be from 2013. Is it possible it got stuck somewhere while I was doing a clean install of windows 7 a couple of months back?

I should also mention that what I was doing was going to disk cleanup and selected system clean up.

I once had the same thing, sometimes it just refreshes the Windows update tool. It should be fine. Try to install the update
