just got my self 128gb ddr4 3200mhz i was wondering if 128gb is enough for adobe after effects.

Yes. It will run in as little as 16GB.
Assuming, of course, your motherboard can use that.

it is x570 model mb latest with 5950x cpu so am hoping it will be fast ? with 128gb ddr

Normally the time to wonder such things would be before a purchase, I'd suspect....

But, as you've gotten a monster of a CPU and have plenty of RAM, we can only speculate you should 'squeak by' in the CPU adequacy department for at least a few applications!
