[SOLVED] After Factory Reset My HP ENVY Notebook Runs Games Slow

Before factory resetting my laptop I could run games like gta5, Minecraft, Roblox etc. on low-medium settings on 55-100+ fps. after factory reset I get 10-15 fps on Roblox on lowest settings possible and the same with other games. my temps are perfectly fine and I never had a single problem even the day before resetting it. I have searched through forums for days of people with the same problem and nothing has worked, I reinstalled drivers and windows 10, I defragmented my hard drive, I clean booted to see if it was a background app doing this and nothing changed.
MY SPECS: GTX950m
12GB DDR3 RAM
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz (if u want more then ask and you shall receive)

there are many system, chipset, graphics, etc drivers that have to be installed to allow hardware to operate even at basic performance specs.

I reinstalled only geforce experience drivers for my GTX950M. but there seems to be no problem with drivers in device manager.

Microsoft offers generic device drivers to allow operation but many components and connected devices will not function at full operating specs without specific manufacturer provided drivers.

you have to download and install all motherboard and other device drivers to allow maximum performance for your particular system.
