Hi
My friend's Samsung laptop Everytime he tries to switch it on it shows the boot menu and nothing happen when he select any things " HDD or CD or USB or window boot manager"
It just send him back to boot menu
I tried to install a new windows multiple times with no problem but when I restart the system it shows the boot menu again with the same problem

Solution
does that laptop have a 24gb ssd built onto motherboard? http://forum.notebookreview.com/thr...the-ssd-of-samsung-series-5-ultrabook.787662/

I must have not read 1st sentence when I answered earlier.

Windows boot manager could be right choice. That or the boot drive. But if nothing works, it makes me wonder.

some of the answers in here might help - http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/how-i-can-fix-uefi-samsung-notebook.712977/

I think since yours is showing more than just Windows Boot Manager, that your bios might be set up as legacy boot method (could be called CSM). KNowing that for sure could help going forward.
No idea what bios in the device looks like.

how far into install process are you getting? Are you setting up user accounts?
if its happening after the 1st restart, its not finished

did you change the boot order so that USB is 1st as that is likely why its restarting the install.

What model laptop is it? It might have a option in bios to use Boot Override
if so, you don't change boot order at all, the ssd/hdd should be first
You use boot override which lets you use the USB 1 boot and then next it swaps to ssd/hdd like it should and continues install process

The installation is fully done and it reaches the desktop fine but if I restart it it send me to the boot menu again
Yes changed it back to HDD as the first option and even if I selected it from the menu nothing happens
Even If the USB stick is removed

I noticed while deleting drivers that there is a separate 22gb drive doenst combine after deleting it and there is 2 unlocated 22gb and 800gb
But the 22gb one is the only one creating a system re-served partition
The priority is HDD . CD . Usb
But I noticed when the usb is plugged it goes straight to it not the HDD
