[SOLVED] After first day DIY PC will not boot

recently i built a PC for a friends, just helping him put it together. I got windows installed the same day and the drivers installed fine but the day after the pc did not show any signs of life. the specs are a r5 2400g, a rx 570, ,a evga 400w psu ,8 gigs of ram is signal channel in a spec 4 case. thank you for your help

I would have used a decent 550w. 400W is a little light for that setup and that EVGA is poor quality.
