First of all, I'm from Switzerland so don't exept me to speak 100% perfect English.

Now my problem:

I've upgraded my pc a few days ago. (I changed the case, added a new SSD, swapped out the old PSU (420W) to an Corsair 450W and bought a better GPU (from an Nvidia GTX 660 to an AMD RX 570)). I had no problems at all installing, updating and even playing games on it. Then I wanted to try Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Black Out (The free trial from 17th jan. To 24th jan.). I installed it on the new SSD (btw I have all my other games on it running perfectly fine, such as Cs, Fortnite, Minecraft and Overwatch) and started the game. I already have it on Playstation 4 and never played on PC. So why not give it a try?

After starting I went to the graphicssetttings and pushed everything to maxed. Of 8gb free vram it used around 5.1gb. I searched for a game, got into a lobby and bam: Freeze. Error message: Not enough memory (or something like that). Task manager was hard to open so I turned the PC off by the power switch. Turned it back on, launched the game again and it crashed again after I found a lobby. This time, the error messages (yup there were 2 of them wich would go away with clicking once on them) DIDNT even showed a message! So no text, just the windows sound when such a message pops up. Then I shut down the PC again, turned it on but this time, I changed the settings to medium. So around 3GB Vram was used. Found a game, joined and it crashed for a third time. BUT NOW the screen turned off (it showed no signal) and the lights of my keyboard stopped working (my mouse still was lighting up). So I turned PC off, then on: nothing. No signal, keyboard doesnt work, mouse works, all fans are spinning, hdd works (its doing the same exact booting sound as it always does).

I'm totally frustrating because everything waa working before (did stresstests on CPU and GPU, benchmarks everything, just Black Ops 4 messdd everything up).

Anyone can solve that?

PC specs:

I7 3770
MSI RX 570 8GB Armor OC
Corsair 450w PSU
Mobo: I don't know. Something with "IBM" and cant remember the rest (PC was from HP, then I upgraded it)
RAM: DDR3 1600Mhz 2x 8GB (Tot.: 16GB)
1x Kingston 240gb SSD (new)
1x SSD 120gb (with OS)
1x HDD Seagate 7200RPM 2TB

Then one Bequiet Fan in the back and three blue led fans at the front. (Some kind of Argus fans that are connected with one splitter (4pin Molex to 3x 3pin))

Nope I have a MSI GPU and on their website it clearly says: recommended 450w.
https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/Radeon-RX-570-ARMOR-8G-OC/Specification
And as mentioned before, I already did some Benchmarks (3D Mark), did stresstests (MSI combuster) and already played some games on it (Fortnite maxed settings, Minecraft 1024x1024 texture pack with SHADERS).

I undervolted the gpu btw.
Put at last three stages all on 975 mV (worked perfectly fine wothout any issues)

Try to clear CMOS (small pin on your motherboard). If this doesn't work then I suggest to try remove GPU from your mobo and connect the monitor using VGA cable if possible. This way you can check if GPU failed.

Hmmmm.... I resetted the bios (I took the battery out, waited a couple of minutes and put it back in) and it didn't work. So I took my old GPU (Gtx 660) and tried it again. Nothing. So I took my old PSU and tried with my "old" build:
Nothing.

Everytime all the fans were spinning, and even my peripherals (wich didn't light up at first) started lighting up now. Just no display signal. Did it a couple of times but the monitor couldn't recognize any input...

But what I realised: The new PSU was making this small sparks when I once put the power cable in. I don't know if this could effect the parts inside of my PC.

Btw I couldn't try it with an DVI cable because I don't have one...

So, I still didn't figure out what the problem was. Threw that Intel combo out and bought a R7 2700, b450 mobo and new ram. Works fine (bought it somewhere mid march?) No issues, Black Ops 4 is working aswell without any issues.

Never going to Intel again😂
