I have my games backed up on my HDD. Just wondering what’s the best way to reinstall Windows 10? USB? Fresh Start?

Hey there,

What hardware change was it?

If you have everything backed up, I'd just go right ahead and use the Windows Media Creation tool: Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Follow instructions, and do a nice fresh/clean install with no added crap! Simples. It will take all of about 40 mins on a decent PC. What are you're specs?
Hello! It was a MOBO and CPU change from Intel to AMD. So you believe doing a USB Windows ISO file installation is best instead of going to settings and hitting “Reset this PC”?
