If you have everything backed up, I'd just go right ahead and use the Windows Media Creation tool: Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Follow instructions, and do a nice fresh/clean install with no added crap! Simples. It will take all of about 40 mins on a decent PC. What are you're specs?
