Question After I install a new GPU ( instead of running a iGPU) my monitor always get "No Signal"

I've check and everythings is properly plugged in, I've updated bios but when boot up there is a black screen,my keyboard even light up all fans are spinning
Specs: H61-M LX3 R2.0
Intel Pentium G860 3.0GHz MSI HD7730 Rev1.0
4GB DDR3-1333Mhz
A Huntkey 450W PSU

Connect motherboard to onboard, maybe the bios forces onboard?

I tried disable the onboard graphics and still nothing

test the gpu on another working pc?
test with another psu?
