After I installed my new gpu, my PC has been much, much slower.

I recently upgraded my graphics card to the Sapphire AMD RX 480 (4GB model). I also upgraded my psu to a Corsair CX 500w. I have downloaded all the latest drivers for my gpu. Ever since upgrading, I've noticed that my performance on many games has decreased exponentially. When I play FPS games such as Arma 3, H1Z1 KoTK, and CS:GO, I have extremely poor performance. But, when I play League of Legends, I'm fine. I've already deleted old drivers and made sure the ones for my new hardware is up to date. Thanks for your time.

What was the old card and did you use something like ddu to uninstall the old drivers?
