Question After I restart my computer, Black screen ensues

Hi I'm on windows 10, but whenever i restart my computer or it crashes/freezes, it boots like normal, but when i login a black screen appears ( i can ctrl+alt+ del but nothing other than that) and i have to wait like 10 minutes for windows to pop up

You can try a few things such as:

• Check if Windows has all its updates installed.
• Check the HDD for errors by running the CHKDSK /R C: command in the Command Prompt window opened as administrator.
• Check for any available BIOS update.
• Run the SFC /SCANNOW Command.
