After i turn on freesync,the screen had abit flash

my GPU is power color R9 390 and monitor AOC Agon G322FCX

only when during in game, and is ok for overwatch,but not for dota.it is this mean driver problem?i already update amd latest driver

yes,even i disable v-sync still same issue

Try uninstalling your current AMD drives with DDU (Yes, in safe mode!):

Retry installing the latest AMD driver. If that doesn't work, try DDU again but install the previous driver if you didn't suffer from before you installed the latest 16.12.1 Crimson driver.

before i update to latest 16.12.1 already had this issue,my os is window 10, would this affect ?

Ok, so try uninstalling your graphics drivers using that software, and make sure to boot in safe mode when it asks you to. Then reinstall Crimson 16.12.1.
