Is saw that my printer says not connected to internet .
I did a reboot and now my new gateway with windows
8.1 will not allow me back in . It ask for the last password I used, after repeated typing in password .locked me out.
what am I going to do. Thank you so much for sharing your
knowledge onthis matter. I am 63 and so frustrated with this.

No one here is going to help you bypass any password for any reason. Passwords dont set, or change themselves.

are you actually connected to the internet? we can't help you get round the password, but we can ensure that it's not something else. Does your router that sits between your PC and your phone line indicate that it is connected to the internet? Please describe the exact circumstances that occured.
