after installing 2 extra 4gb ram, my pc start doing reboot cycle every 2 seconds

I have the exact same problem this person have http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/319146-30-installing-z68a and after changing the frequency in the bios to 1333, i was able to add another ram without it restarting, so currently i'm running on 3x 4gb ram, I just wonder if there is any other adjustment i can make to run all 4 ram stick

Try raising the DRAM voltage + 0.05 and the MC voltage about the same (what mobo and CPU?)

and cpu is i7 2600k

and another thing i noticed, after i lower the freq to 1333 and add the 3rd ram, the screen just freeze once windows finished booting and im on my desktop

Did you try the voltage increases ? Do you have the latest BIOS?

I tried increase the dram voltage and wasn't sure what is the MC voltage so i just changed the MCH core voltage, and on the initial boost, it last like 5 seconds, then i see some white box on the screen then it turn off, and start doing the reboot cycle again

and I dont think i have the latest bios either, or at least i haven't updated since i got it like 3 years ago

Run your BIOS diag check if it has one.
Make note of how much ram you have on each stick. If the BIOS mem check reports differently then you have bad memory.
