After installing a 120GB SSD, only a "system reserved" drive shows up with only 99MB.

I was getting lag spikes in many games, so I figured it might be because my HDD is extremely slow and old. I asked a friend to borrow his Kingston 120GB SSD (he was using it just fine). I plugged it in, I changed the SATA controller mode to ahci and I booted from my HDD. There's a system reserved drive E with 68MB free of 99.9MB, which is weird because there's only a Recovery.txt file that doesn't have anything written in it. Kingston SH103S3120G driver is working properly.
My system:
Intel Core i7-920
Geforce GTX1060 3GB
Pegatron IPMTB-TK motherboard

Any help would be appreciated!
