After installing a new cpu,with a new motherboard and a new psu,with the stock cooler ,it keeps restarting every 15 minutes

CPU:AMD fx 8350
Motherboard:asrock 960gm-vgs3 fx
PSU:Segotep GTR-550, 550W
I applied thermal paste ,it's not the stock one.I don't know what is the problem,the
average temp of cpu is 40 -50*c.
It seems like after i put my pc to some serious work it reboots and the stock cooler starts flying.

Yes and i changed the thermal paste several times.

So, if your PC restarts it boots up like it normally would?

Are you using a graphics card, if so which one?

Temperature is definitely not a problem 40 to 50 degrees is just a normal temperature.

It could be an issue with your powersupply as well, but in order to test it you would need another (working powersupply) to test if the problems keep occuring.

My PC:
Six years old corsair vx550w
ma-990xa-ud3 rev 1.0
new fx8320 at stock and automatic values on mobo.
gtx 760oc 4gb

It restart randomly in low load, running prime95 or 3dmark is ok. Error recieved by visor log is kernel power 41. I tried reinstall Windows 10 but not work.

I installed my old 955 again and problems go away. Vcore for 955 is 1.4v and for 8320 1.36. I don´t think that is a psu problema.
