Here's my build : https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/2XMhsZ

I made a silly mistake with partitioning and tried to reinstall windows 10. it works halfway then restarts as planned, then fails to start up and gives me a different error message saying "Windows failed to install. Press OK to install again" or something along those lines halfway while its starting up again.

First error bluescreened with the :( face saying it failed, and has this error: BUGCODE NDIS DRIVER

Anyone have an idea how to uninstall that chipset driver without getting to windows? Or getting past the windows installation?

Solution
Disabling onboard ethernet and wifi solved the problem.
Was able to load into windows after they were disabled.
Looks like other folks are having this problem too, mainly on Asus boards.
