After installing new BIOS, cannot boot to Windows 10

After installing a BIOS update for the ASROCK X99X Killer motherboard, Windows 10 says "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE".

I have no other storage devices other than the SSD with OS on it.

I have been able to boot to other drives with Win 10 running on them, but this one doesn't work. I have also been able to get into Safe Mode with Networking, just not the full OS.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

My specs are:

ASROCK X99X Killer Motherboard
Intel i7-6900K CPU
64GB of DDR4 RAM
NVIDIA GTX 1080
EVGA 750W PSU

Well, after going to Safe Mode and restarting, it was able to boot again.
