Title.
(Motherboard: AsRock b550 pro4)
(CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x)

-I have already installed, reinstalled, updated, and troubleshooted the new audio drivers that were on the website for the motherboard.
-Before, I plugged the HD Audio cable into Com1 by accident, I then switched the HD Audio cable to the HD Audio plugin. Still nothing works.
-My front panel audio does not work, and my back panel does not work.
-I have tried a USB speaker and it didn't work either.
-I also went into the bios to see if I had the wrong audio selected, I didn't and it was on HD.

Is there any other things I can do?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What was your motherboard prior to the AsRock b550 pro4 ? If the board is different from the one you had prior to the ASRock, then you will need to reinstall your OS.
The previous motherboard was the AsRock B450 pro4. It was a custom built motherboard because my computer was made by CyberPowerPC and I have been slowly rebuilding and upgrading it overtime.

One thing I just realized is that, when I installed the new motherboard, I logged into my computer and windows and all my files were saved. It didn't force me to reinstall or anything. I'm wondering if reinstalling windows would be a fix?
