After installing new RAM my computer turns on and turns off repeatedly.

Good day everyone,

Sorry for my poor english.
I have a problem. I want to upgrade my RAM. So i bought new RAM. But after installing new RAM alone my computer turns on (about 9-10 sec) and turns off repeatedly. I couldn't even open the BIOS, because the computer didn't boost. I found out that everythings had their LEDs on and my computer boosted like 10 sec then i heared a PIP sound. After that my computer started reboosting/restart. But if i insert the old RAM, everythings work fine.
I installing them separately, not like mix 2 brands together. I did read the motherboard manual and bought the right RAM. But it didn't work somehow. I need help, pls.

My build:

Unplug the power core from wall outlet, clear the CMOS by the jumper or remove the CMOS battery. After that reboot the pc into the BIOS, set the XMP profile in the memory section. Saving and exit, you should be able to boot the PC with the new RAM.

I did like what you said. But it didn't change anything. It still turns on and off repeatedly with my new RAM.
