[SOLVED] After Installing the latest windows ver 20H2, my pc is falling apart

Microsoft forced me to update the pc , but now the pc is stuttering every 2 seconds.
My specs:
Rtx 2060 Super 8gb
Ssd that has the windows installed on: Samsung evo 970
I don't know what is happening to my pc. It was working fine before the update this is not the only time that happened there was another time that happened before that and the same thing here happened any idea where is the problem is coming from ?

Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View Update history > Uninstall Updates

Or try System Restore if you’ve created Restore Points.
before I do any updates I create a restore point and then do the update the very next day.
if the update is wreaking havoc I use the Restore function

I rolled back to the old update the pc is working fine now
My Specs: ASUS RTX 2060 SUPER
SSD:970 samsung evo 500gb Nvme
HDD: Seagate barracuda 2Tb
CPU:2700X Ryzen Stock cooler
Motherboard: X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming

The pc is working fine I am looking forward to a fresh windows install in the future like spectre/ superlite version of windows

Yea under the Gpu with the motherboard shield

It sounds like the updates are installing drivers that you don’t want and you can turn off the automatic install of drivers
