after installing the new graphics card the screen looks darker

after i put the graphics card the screen darker and i try to install its driver and think it would fix it but it doesnt whats the problem with here btw?

Doesn't your monitor have controls to change screen brightness?
Use them to set whatever brightness levels you need.

i tried changing it but it doesnt look normal btw and i just itt but it doesnt fix
