After installing the PSU, I have a question

So I just installed a new PSU on my computer, and it seems the only thing that changed was that my internet options resetted (homepage is now yahoo instead of google for whatever reason) and I lost all my tabs on Chrome. Does anyone know why this happened? I thought everything would stay the same if I just change the PSU?

Must have been a software error. Changing a psu does not affect software.

run malware bytes and hitman pro see if it malware or a virus. also check to see if something loaded a toolbar on you.

Thanks for the replies guys. I think I know why. I have AT&T DSL internet service provider, and I think their default search engine is Yahoo.
