After installing win 10 on SSD, cant run apps and empty folder (downloads)

Since my HDD is getting slow, i decided to buy a SSD, i installed win 10 on it, surfing and downloading are fine but when i download an app or game the folder Downloads is empty also when i install them i cant run them except ts3!! please i am spendin the whole day on this issue, can anyone help me to solve this? After i restarted the computer nothin is workin
I formatted my HDD and reinstall the whole win on SSD but still have the same prob

When you reinstalled Windows 10 you basically set everything back to the Windows 10 default configuration.

You will need to find all of the necessary configurations settings to, for example, direct downloads to the "Downloads" folder. The apps you are using are probably sending downloads to some default hard-coded directory. Or at least until you change the default.

The same with downloaded games: you need to ensure that you have full access rights (or the necessary playing rights) to the folders being used.

Focus on figuring out how the Windows 10 computer is currently configured especially with respect to default settings.

Double check the rights of the Window's 10 Admin account and check your own account as well.

Start by pressing "WIN" + "I" to access the Windows Setting screens.

You may also need to access the applicable settings/configuration screens within specific applications.

And most likely make most changes via your admin account and rights.
