After installing Windows fresh internet speed slow?

I recently installed Windows fresh after replacing my PSU, and since then I have tested my internet and I only get 7-8Mbps download when I used to get 60-70Mbps. My upload speed is worse, but it hasn't taken such a large decrease, used to be 20-25Mbps and is now 15. Does anyone know why it is so slow now?

did you redo the full network settings with the os reinstall .

After re-installing Ethernet drivers my speed went back to normal.
