after my bios

ive fonally got everything working a properly installed but after i load up bios and save and exit/ save and reset it comes up with a black screen which read a bunch of information pressing enter to to forward with cd/dvd drive and i do but when i hit enter it never load into windows 10 anyone have any ideas? yes this is brand new build meaning it has never got past the bios

use another pc to create a Win 10 USB and we will try to install that tomorrow. Have a good sleep

here are my drives usb, uefi usb partition, cd, ssd and hdd in what order should thos be in ( theres not two usbs its just one but shows a partition version of that same usb)

If you installing onto SSD, I would unplug hdd from power just so win 10 doesn't decide to install onto it. Otherwise I would install in the order above
