My CPU Intel i3 530 heats upto 75-85 celsius at full load and 32-38 celsius is the idle temperature, I'm using the stock cooler that came along with the CPU
I upgraded from Gt 710 1gb to gtx 750 1gb. For first 3 days it was working fine but after that the heating problem showed up.
The CPU heats up only while gaming and at full load. The CPU is running at stock clock as well as the GPU. I have' nt got any type of heating issue with my old graphics card. Reapplying the thermal paste and cleaning the CPU cooler did not solve the problem. So, pls help me solve this problem

My PC is:
intel i3 530
gtx 750 1gb
zebronics 450 watts Psu
4gb ram

Solution
It is possible that your previous gpu was holding back the cpu while the gtx 750 allows the processor to work at full potential which results in higher usage and temps. Stock cooler should be fine for an i3 and your overall setup. While 85 C is not dangerous, you can try and thoroughly clean the cpu cooler and socket from old thermal paste, re-apply new paste and give it a shot. This should help. What are your ambient temps?
You have upgraded to an better gpu while the cpu stays the same, the gpu can do more work than the cpu, where the cpu can not keep up with the new gpu. if you are playing video games, try turning on v-sync, this will reduce the amount of frames of the gpu and therefore the cpu can keep up better.

maybe affording a better cooler could be practical?

Solution
Your new GPU is consuming more power than your old one. This will make the inside of your case hotter. Try running with the sides of your case removed. If this solves the overheating, then add more fans to your case.

Improve cooling of your system. Clean out dust. Install additional fans. Upgrade cpu cooler to a better one.

It's possible your cpu cooler is not installed correctly. Did you remember to reset push pins to original position after removal of cpu cooler?

seems like the CPU and GPU coolers are reusing warm air produced by their selves, try getting more air moved by case fans, if it possible, add more fans or replace the existing with better fan, if also possible try 200mm fan with 140mm bracket adapter as intake fan.

I have tried running the pc with side panel off, it did'nt help

I have tried running the CPU with the side panel off but it keeps overheating.

while using my old graphics card that is GT 710 1gb zone edition, I have not experienced this issue. but while using my first ever graphics card that is 9800gt and geforce 210 i had this overheating issue
