After new graphic card pc wont start

i bought new graphic card and i start play bf4 after 15 minut was sound like poppin and pc turned off house electricity turned off too ) and when i turn on electricity pc not start anymore
my pc asus amd formula iv crossair

amd phenom ii x6 1100t
8gb ram
1500 hdd
msi r9 380 4gb gamming (new) video card
650 w power supply

anyone can tell me what problem ? mobo dead or power supply ( thx and sorry for my english

try the PSU. if its low quality, then it probably died (and might even killed other components).

its the power supply there is a small fuse in the power supply which fries to prevent the power supply from frying your entire system. (this is my opinion judging by the pop sound) as david said its most certanly the PSU and your components might still be alive
