Hello guys first of all I would like to thank you already stopping by warning my english sucks so the thing is I've got my pc started lagging after optimizing in windows my ssd kingston 120gb with trim enabled without optimizing and defraging my hdd games were running smoothly my graphic gtx 1060 processor ryzen 3 1300x

Solution

Don't do that. An ssd does that on it's own. Now it needs to reorder everything in the most efficient way.

Disk optimization or disk defragmenter not sure how exactly its called default by windiws 10

Hmmm, odd. Just an FYI, while it won't do any harm - defragging an SSD is not generally a good idea.
SSDs have limited write/re-write cycles and defragging will impact it's theoretical lifespan. As I said though, once or twice isn't going to hurt it.

Im sorry to ask you even mlre but of I can when I clicked on optimize it said it was trimming it so its just fine to wait and it should recover?

It said it was trimming not defragging so what should I just wait and let it as you guys said reorder?
