after playing battlefield bad company 2 or airline tycoon 2 and hit exit to return to desktop my desktop icon moved randomly

why?
when I exit from 1 of these 2 games some of my desktop icons moved randomly
it happen only with these 2 games
I hae a lot of games
but the proplem happen only with these 2 games why?

Are you playing them on the monitors native resolution or are they at reduced resolution?

they are at reduced resolution than my monitor ? my monitor resulation is higher

That is the reason, when in windows you are using higher resolution and the icons do not fit the same when windows is running in the back ground at reduced resolution.
