Question After power outtage, comp turns on then off repeatedly.

As the title says, we had a power outtage during this crappy blizzard. The power just came back on, but now the lights and a couple fans on the computer turn on, then 2 or 3 seconds later they turn off, then it just keeps going back and forth from on to off.

I have no idea what to do to diagnose this.

My bad, its been awhile since Ive posted here.

Its the old Intel computer. The only differences from what I might have listed would be that it is now Windows 10, has a WD Blue SSD, and a different GPU (EVGA GTX 1050 Ti).

PSU might be different too: Ultra X4 850w ATX

Pulled everything not needed to boot the system and went through it one at a time. It was a single stick of RAM, thats it.
