Question After pressing case fan controls to max pc shut downs (Newly Built Pc)

Ryzen 7 3700X
MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X Trio
MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI
32 GB RAM DDR4 3200 Mhz
Phanteks Eclipse P400A
Seasonic Focus Gold GX 850W GOLD+
1 Samsung SSD and 1 NVME

So after pressing my Case fans button so they run faster my pc just shut down.
First time it happened, I was playing so I thought maybe I used to much energy, weird tho. Then I did it again after i rebooted the pc and it happened again.
I think the first time I tried to use them they worked fine and didn't shut down my pc.
Any ideia on the problem?

power usage maybe? u have a lot of high wattage consuming components. i would think that on top of all the components, maybe ur psu cant hande going max power on the fans.
