Question After re-applying thermal paste to CPU, I can't enter BIOS & monitor displays: "No signal" ?

My processor was getting too hot so I removed the thermal paste and put on new thermal paste but now I cannot even boot into my bios. My monitor says: "no signal". My PC keeps running, but I cannot get into my bios. How can I solve this problem?
