after refreshing coputer, files are gone. can I retrieve them?

refreshed my computer now files are gone. thought I clicked "Save files". But, they are gone. Can I still retrieve them somehow?

You can try and use this app but there aren't any guarantees of file retrieval. As a word of caution, it's a good idea to always backup your critical files on another drive preferably a removable storage media.
